How we scope and price the work.
Your proposal lists the agreed work, deliverables, capacity and fees. We confirm the scope with you before recommending a package or support plan.
We confirm the facts
Legal entities, websites or apps, departments, systems, vendors, request volumes and who owns what inside your organisation.
You get a written proposal
Officer retainer, implementation package and specialist work each appear on their own line with their own fee. Nothing is charged twice.
Ongoing retainer
A monthly fee for an agreed number of officer hours, a review rhythm and response arrangements. Minimum six months, billed quarterly in advance. Unused hours do not carry forward; extra work is approved before it is billed.
Assessment and implementation packages
A one-time fee for a defined scope — entity, website, department and vendor limits are stated up front. Invoiced 50% at kickoff, 30% on draft deliverables and 20% on handover. Implementation packages include assessment work; it is not charged twice.
Specialist services
Awareness sessions, vendor or DPA reviews, additional notices, impact assessments and breach-response exercises, each with a fixed scope and fee. Added only when needed and agreed with you.
WHAT SHAPES A FEE
The work behind the number.
- How many legal entities, websites, departments, systems and vendors are in scope.
- Expected advice, reviews, requests and grievance coordination each month.
- Officer hours, meeting and reporting rhythm, and agreed availability.
- What your own team will do, and what remains unknown until we check it.
All fees exclude GST. A proposal is valid for 15 calendar days unless it says otherwise. Travel outside Pune is billed at cost after approval. Changes to entities, systems, vendors or scope need a written change request. Completing the free self-check never creates a charge or an appointment.
