ASSESSMENT METHOD

See what is known and what needs checking.

Your answers produce a structured readiness summary, not a certification or independent audit.

One questionnaire, two ways to complete it

Complete it yourself without login, or work through the same questions with the DPO team. Each question includes a meaning and an example. The question wording and options are consistent across both routes.

Relevant branches and uncertainty

Setup answers determine relevant questions about consent, providers, children’s data and a reported government notification. Unknowns stay visible. An excluded branch is not counted as a control passed, and a claimed exemption requires review.

A practical report

Results separate reported in-place, partial, absent and unknown arrangements. There is no aggregate compliance score. Priority gaps are retained regardless of positive answers elsewhere. The report includes area details, suggested actions and a 90-day work sequence.

Saved history

The final contact form saves a report and your supplied contact details with Prahari. Download a copy; access from the original browser lasts seven days. Reassessment creates a new report and keeps earlier versions unchanged. Staff can save and resume assessments within the relevant client record.

Human review is visible

A generated report does not mean a DPO has checked the evidence. The team may publish findings with their basis and limitations after review. Private staff notes are kept separate from published findings.

Dates and priorities

The 90-day sequence is a planning suggestion, not a legal deadline schedule. Review actual requirements and timing; urgent issues need an appropriate direct escalation.
